Signature Worldwide Receives Communication and Marketing Awards
COLUMBUS, Ohio (July 23, 2008) —
Signature Worldwide, a leading provider of training and business solutions, recently received three Bronze Quill Awards from the Columbus, Ohio chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and an Achievement In Marketing Award from the Columbus American Marketing Association.
The Bronze Quill Awards recognize excellence in communications in central Ohio. Entries are judged by other IABC chapters and focus on creativity, potential for success, general purpose, measurability of the evaluation and overall thought process.
Signature received two Awards of Excellence for the feature articles, Legendary Complaint Handling and Experience Loyalty with Customer Experience Management, as well as an Award of Merit for its WaterColor case study. In the category of public relations/external campaign, Signature’s Rental Management Customer Service Tip of the Month garnered the AIM Award.
