Cunningham and Westfall Expand Signature Worldwide’s Hospitality Sales Team
COLUMBUS, Ohio – (Jan. 9, 2007) –Signature Worldwide, a leading provider of business and training solutions for the hospitality industry, has strengthened its sales team with the addition of Michael Cunningham and Kristy Westfall.
Cunningham, who is based in Los Angeles, will oversee sales efforts in the southwest United States. Cunningham has 15 years of industry experience in sales, marketing and revenue management working for Sunstone Hotel Properties in San Clemente, Calif.; Luxe Worldwide Hotels, which has premiere boutique hotels throughout the world; Outrigger Lodging Services, with hotels from California to Florida; and The Walt
Disney Company.
Westfall will oversee sales and relationships in the northwest United States and northwest Canada from her Hammond, Ore., office. In her eight years with Signature, Westfall has handled a variety of operational functions, including mystery shopping, coaching and client support. In addition, she has served as a training team leader, a U.S. training account manager and an international training account manager in the United Kingdom and Ireland. She was named Signature Trainer of the Year in 2004 for posting the highest client retention, highest customer satisfaction scores, highest team retention and
other accolades.
