Signature Worldwide To Host First Sales Training & Customer
Service Week
COLUMBUS, Ohio (July 21, 2009) -
Signature Worldwide, a leading provider of training and business
solutions, will host its sales, customer service and leadership
training programs at the first Sales Training & Customer
Service Week, Aug. 24-28, 2009, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in
Dublin, Ohio. This is the first time Signature's award-winning
training programs will be available in a multiple-day, quick-track
format.
Customized for managers, marketers, directors of sales and
professionals who have contact with clients, the event enables
attendees to participate in condensed, intensive versions of
Signature's most popular training programs. Typically offered to
individual businesses as one to four-day customized on-site
sessions, Signature's training experts will be available in one
central location to teach, train and answer questions.
A total of 13 sessions, ranging from a half day to two days,
will be offered over the four-day period and can be combined to
create a personalized schedule. Sessions focus on a wide range of
relevant topics, from managing the customer experience to creating
legendary sales prospecting plans.
Specific programs are available for city and destination
marketers; equipment rental and sales personnel; receptionists;
apartment building managers; spa and salon managers; and
hospitality managers, marketers and frontline employees.
