Free Diagnostic Offers Valuable Customer Experience Insight

COLUMBUS, Ohio (Oct. 25, 2007) —

In conjunction with the launch of its new, comprehensive customer experience program, Customer Experience Edge™, Signature Worldwide is providing a free customer service diagnostic for select hotels and resorts nationwide.

Signature will mystery shop up to five different locations per company, by posing as a customer, recording the telephone interaction, and providing a written evaluation of the experience.
