Deon Joins Signature Worldwide’s Multifamily Housing Division
COLUMBUS, Ohio (Oct. 23, 2007) -
Signature Worldwide, a leading provider of training and business solutions, has strengthened its sales team with the addition of Julie Deon as regional sales manager in its multifamily housing division.
In her new role, Deon is responsible for growing Signature’s position in the multifamily housing industry by selling training solutions, primarily in the southeast United States.
Deon comes to Signature with more than 12 years of industry experience. She’s held leasing, sales and management roles within property management companies. Deon is a Certified Property Management Specialist (CPMS), an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management, a licensed realtor in Florida and Michigan, and a licensed community association manager.
Prior to joining Signature, Deon was the regional property manager for AIMCO (Apartment Investment Management Company), responsible for seven properties totaling 1,700 units. She has also worked for Concord Management, The Sterling Group and Rampart Properties.
A resident of Tampa, Fla., Deon is a member of the Florida Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando. She is also a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, the Community Association Institute, the National Apartment Association and the National Multi Housing Council.
