Northwest Ohio Hotels Partner with OH&LA to Improve Customer Service Levels
With a renewed focus on customer service, several hotels that are part of the Northwest Ohio Lodging Council recently took advantage of a training program offered by the Ohio Hotel & Lodging Association (OH&LA) and administered by Signature Worldwide, a leading provider of training and business solutions for the hospitality industry.
The Northwest Ohio Lodging Council is one of eight local councils overseen by OH&LA and was restructured in 2007. It represents lodging properties in Toledo, Sandusky, Findlay, Bowling Green, and the surrounding area.

Program participants include employees from the Comfort Inn East in Oregon; Hilton Toledo; Wingate Inn and Suites in Sylvania; Findlay Inn & Convention Center; Greater Toledo Convention & Visitors Bureau; and Black & White Cab in Toledo.
