Signature Worldwide Helps the USTA Prepare for the US Open
COLUMBUS, Ohio (July 9, 2009) -
The United States Tennis Association (USTA) has selected
Signature Worldwide to provide a series of customer experience
training programs to support the National Tennis Center and help
prepare for the 2009 US Open, which takes place Aug. 31 - Sept. 13.
Signature is a leading provider of customized training and business

Signature will work closely with the USTA to develop and deliver
a program that focuses on consistently exceeding the guests'
expectations.

The US Open tournament is the world's highest-attended annual
sporting event and drew 720,000 fans last year. In addition,
The USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center is the largest
public tennis facility in the world with 30 outdoor courts and 12
indoor.
Signature will provide guest specialist and tennis pro training
for the National Tennis Center. It will also train USTA's full-time
and seasonal ticket agents; and conduct guest services training for
the full US Open team, including supervisors. For the US Open, part
of Signature's strategy will include using its Signature Service
SkillKit™, which empowers area directors and supervisors
to facilitate daily, guest service reminder activities in
conjunction with Signature's training sessions.
