Q. What are the hours of operation for Client Support?
A. Client Support is open M-F from 8am to 9pm EST.
Q. What are the hours of operation for Coaching On Demand?
A. Coaching on Demand is open M-F from 8am to 9pm EST.
Q. How do I request coaching for employees who work night audit or weekends?
A. Coaching may be requested by sending an e-mail to coaching@signatureworldwide.com. Please include your Signature id#, name of individual(s) that you would like to have coached, and their schedule for the next 2 weeks.
Q. How do I find out the results of my coaching calls?
A. Results are sent to your Account Manager weekly. Please contact them for results.
