What to Expect
Creating an effective training module starts with getting to know you, your organization and your training needs. Here’s our step-by-step approach to ensuring that you get the best, most effective training materials possible.
- Assessment – In collaboration with you, we’ll talk through and determine course objectives, budget, audience and timeline.
- Design of Program Outline – Using the information gathered in the assessment, as well as through interactions with subject matter experts, we’ll create a detailed description of the training program, including topics, exercises, activities, sequencing and formatting.
- Training Content Overview – We’ll present the material in an open-format style, inviting your feedback and comment before revising the course, as necessary.
- Pilot Training – We’ll present the course to you and to an audience, making note of any revisions that need to be made to strengthen the program even more.
In addition, we may include some or all of our Reinforcement components to further enhance training outcomes.
