More than an ordinary training event, Transient Edge equips reservation agents and front-desk staff to effectively handle — and convert — reservation inquiries.
What to Expect
Over the course of one to four days, two to 20 guest service representatives will be trained on site or via telephone using Signature’s proprietary Magic Formula.
Through a variety of techniques, including role-playing, employees will learn when, how and why to:
- Establish customer rapport
- Identify customer needs
- Build value before quoting rates
- Ask for a commitment.
And because Transient Edge is specifically designed to change employee behavior and create lasting improvement, employees will also practice their new skills through post-training coaching calls and reinforcement.
