With this self-paced training program Signature Worldwide teaches guest service representatives a Magic Formula for handling reservation inquiries, improving guest experiences and selling more rooms.

The components of these packages include:
  • E-learning Course: Signature’s popular Transient Edge® program in an electronic module.
  • Driver’s Packet: Information provided to the driver of the training program which is meant to assist in training staff on sales and service skills covered in the course. Materials include Magic Formula job aids, tracking tools, informational posters and more.
  • Mystery Shop Calls: Random, sample inquiry calls made to employees and used to measure change in behaviors in relation to sales and service skill levels.
  • Mystery Shopping Reports: Collective results of employees’ mystery shop calls made available online.

Hotels under 75 rooms:
$175/month
Includes online learning and  three (3) monthly mystery shopping calls.
Hotels from 75-125 rooms: $245/month

Social Media Strategy: Make Social Media Profitable


This initial eight-hour training session introduces participants to social media and its evolution, while allowing for best practice discussion and a hands-on, how-to tutorial. Trainers will also work with hotel teams to formulate a strategic social media plan that is manageable and measurable.

With the Social Media Strategy™ program, Signature Worldwide will provide ongoing training and reinforcement that helps employees feel comfortable in the social media space, and teaches entire teams how to be profitable.
